While sorry to read I won't hear from you weekly, I think it's correct that you change things when you feel good about what you are doing. By sheer coincidence, I've just read on Twitter, Sally Fox's blog on 'changing your mind'. Too many of us stay in the comfort zone of our achievement. It's comfortable to coast along. But it doesn't bring growth, or challenge or new opportunities. Good on you for making the change. Look forward to hearing from you once a quarter.

I often find that in life, if we're not making our own decisions and choosing our own paths, other people, circumstances and the demands of the everyday can quickly make them for us. It's good to keep a weather eye on what's happening and where we can decide to make a change...
